Department Standardization

Standards define the Companies long-term direction as well as short-term focus.  By having standards laid out graphically before you, you can basically point out your future objectives as well as short-term goals.

They facilitate to show and explain of what your Company is, to new Co-workers, potential Partners, Investors, Architects and to our Society.

Standards give a frame of reference for decision making; decisions that are consistent with your standards can be decided more easily.

A defined standard allows your Sales and Marketing Department to market the product that the Company is actually producing more easily and efficiently.

It is very important to standardize your products, so you can see and demonstrate all procedures in details of the elaboration, so your Co-workers can have a real picture of what is expected from them.  Of course, this standardization has to be accompanied with the proper working environment, tools and equipments.

Standards are not only what you see in the background, once in a while, standardization starts from the very bottom line and it is a tool which must be consulted and applied at all time.

Operational and Performance Manuals are the first step for a standardization process.

It is easy to achieve high standards, but it is difficult to maintain them.  The only support to maintain high standards is by having Operational Manuals, Politics and Procedures clearly defined and available at all time.  These are the principles of any Product that is offered to our Consumers.

When we talk about Department Standardization, we mean Business, and Business means High Quality and High Productivity for the best available price on the Market.  Only with that, we can secure a positive Financial result after all.
